Production method – traditional method of production in steel vats, 4 months aging on the lees, limited production .
Color – crystal clear, brilliant light straw, partially transparent.
Aromatics – intense, rich aroma , grassy notes are vividly expressed, especially fresh field herbs, aromatics are harmoniously complemented by floral notes (acacia, dandelion and white flowers).
Taste – light, fresh, balanced taste of grassy and floral notes, medium-long aftertaste , with an interesting and light ending – a slight pleasant bitterness at the end.
